Yoga Session: Move, Groove and Balance
Explore yoga with RecSports! This short and fun 10-minute flow will challenge your balance and get you moving and grooving. Experience fitness in a way that is fun and playful while strengthening the body. This class is pre-recorded and led by a certified RecSports instructor. The session was designed for children ages 15-18.
