Activities

Explore UT is open to the general public with online programming that is accessible to all. Activities specifically designed for K-12 students include an indication of a suggested grade level, denoting the difficulty of the concept or activity presented. Some programs will require participants to join virtual platforms (Zoom, Brazen, etc.). Children who are participating in these programs must be monitored by an adult chaperone (parent, guardian or a teacher) in order to join the virtual platform. Some may require verification that a chaperone will be present in order to register for participation.

Going For Olympic Gold

Join eight former Longhorns who all share the distinction of being Olympic competitors for a roundtable discussion.  These Longhorn Olympians will talk with each other about their Olympic journeys, life lessons, training, and their passion for Texas.  Featured Olympians will include Rachel Adams, Morolake Akinosun, Michelle Carter, Courtney Okolo, Cat Osterman, Jill Sterkel, Jhonattan Vegas and Laura Wilkinson.

Project MALES: Keeping It Real

Project MALES is a mentoring group composed of undergraduate mentors from UT Austin. In this session, our mentors are seeking to share their stories and insights that have made them successful at UT. Through an interactive session, our mentors will share their stories and answer any questions about college life that our participants may have.
